Extraordinary antistatic

Gaja Antistatic is made of 94% New Zealand wool, 4% polyamide and 2% steel fibre, ensuring unique antistatic properties as the wool’s natural high conductivity and the added steel fibres ensure abrasion resistance and outstanding antistatic properties.

Selected and exquisite colours for the contract market

Gaja Antistatic’s colour range was selected with great care. It includes the classic neutral colours which are well-suited to the contract areas, and if the taste runs to slightly stronger colours, the range is completed by a dynamic red, orange and green.

Gaja Antistatic’s colour range has 11 colours.

Environmental label and health certification

It is no longer enough for fabrics to have the right colour and the correct technical specifications. The consumer is demanding products made with respect for the environment to a much higher degree. There are also ever-greater demands for fabrics to be made without use of chemicals which are hazardous to health, such as allergens. This trend towards a greater awareness of health and the environment is becoming more and more marked among consumers.

As a designer and manufacturer of fabrics, we take a positive view of this increased awareness, and we have been focusing for many years on ensuring that attention is paid to health and the environment in all phases of our products’ life cycles. Gaja Antistatic therefore carries the EU Ecolabel and is also OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

Gaja Antistatic is thus a health- and environmentally-friendly quality product which is safe and simple to use!
